Three people have been arrested in Dankaur, Uttar Pradesh, for supplying marijuana-filled, Korea-manufactured cigarettes to university and college students.

The three suspects—identified as Yasin from Baghpat, Shahrukh from Bhajanpura in Delhi, and Imran from Loni in Ghaziabad—used to import the cigarettes and loose cannabis from Assam, mix the drug into the tobacco, and then sell the boxes to students in the Delhi-NCR region. Police say they targeted youths near universities and charged ₹300–₹500 per box.

During the Saturday-evening operation at the Salarpur underpass, officers seized:

– 7,950 cigarette boxes worth about ₹2 million
– 3 kg marijuana
– ₹20,000 in cash
– Two luxury cars used for transport

All three accused were produced in court on Sunday and sent to jail. Police are now searching for other members of the same network.
