Established in 2014, Shri Krishna Life Line Hospital is a 200-bed, multi-specialty tertiary-care facility located on the bustling GT Road in the Kidwai Nagar suburb of Kanpur. The hospital was founded by Dr. Anil Agarwal, a renowned cardiologist, with the vision of offering world-class, affordable care to the people of Uttar Pradesh and neighboring states. From its outset, the organization has emphasized ethical practice, continuous clinical excellence and community outreach.

Infrastructure
The 10-floor structure houses six state-of-the-art modular operating theatres, including two for cardiac surgery, one hybrid cath-lab theatre and a laminar-flow joint-replacement suite. A 50-bed critical-care complex encompasses Level-3 NICU (10 beds), PICU (8 beds), Medical ICU (20 beds) and Surgical ICU (12 beds). All critical beds are on centralized monitoring with Philips IntelliVue systems, central oxygen and medical gas supply and pneumatic tube transfer for expedited laboratory samples. An integrated 128-slice CT, 1.5 T MRI, 4-D ultrasonography, digital mammography and dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) form the diagnostic core. A complete in-house blood bank with component separation, apheresis capability and NABH-accredited transfusion services supports high-risk surgeries.

Medical Teams & Key Departments
More than 120 full-time specialists and 300 resident and nursing staff provide round-the-clock coverage. Flagship departments include:
• Cardiac Sciences – led by Dr. Agarwal together with three adult cardiac surgeons, four interventional cardiologists and an electrophysiologist. The team performs over 1,200 open-heart operations and 3,500 interventional procedures annually, including high-risk primary angioplasty for myocardial infarction clocked under 60 minutes.
