Salvation Tree School, located in Sector 16, Greater Noida West (formerly Noida Extension), is a relatively new yet rapidly growing co-educational institution founded in 2013 by The Salvation of India Trust. Affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) up to the Senior Secondary level, the school offers classes from Nursery to Grade XII in a verdant, purpose-built 3-acre campus that combines contemporary architecture with sustainable features.
Governed by the vision “Learn to Lead, Lead to Serve”, the school follows the CBSE curriculum enriched with a proprietary Framework of Experiential Learning (FEL) that blends Montessori fundamentals in the Early Years with integrated STEM and Liberal-Arts modules in later classes. Subjects are delivered through module-based learning pods equipped with interactive flat panels, augmented-reality sandboxes and coding labs. Primary students follow the Jolly Phonics literacy programme and the Singapore Maths method; middle-schoolers participate in cross-disciplinary STEAM challenges; while Grades IX–XII can opt between Science, Commerce and Humanities with electives such as Artificial Intelligence, Fashion Studies, Legal Studies and Financial Literacy.
Infrastructure highlights include air-conditioned smart classrooms, two fully-networked ICT labs, two composite science laboratories for secondary and senior-secondary students, an Atal Tinkering Lab supported by NITI Aayog, three libraries (early childhood, middle, and senior) housing over 15,000 volumes, and an 8,000 sq ft multipurpose auditorium. The sports zone contains an all-weather 200-m athletic track, an outdoor synthetic basketball court, a football-cum-cricket field, covered clay tennis courts, and a 25-metre semi-Olympic indoor swimming pool with change rooms. An early-childhood splash pool and two indoor play areas cater to Nursery and KG sections. Wellness provisions include a six-bed medical infirmary staffed by a qualified nurse and paediatrician, trained counsellor offices, and free annual health and dental check-ups.
Co-curricular life is anchored by the eight “Salvation Clubs” (Robotics, Astronomy, Debate, MUN, Dance, Drama, Photography, and Eco-Warriors). Every learner joins at least one club; talented performers audition for the “Symphony Orchestra” or the national-level dance troupe “Nrityang”. Annual events include the TechXcelerate week, Literary Carnival, Ronak MUN Conference, Zonal Sports Fest, and the multi-day inter-school fest “Inceptum”. The school is also a Regional Champion in the CBSE Clusters for Swimming and the Inter-School Tug-of-War. Value education and Community Outreach happen through tie-ups with Goonj, CRY and the Green Battalions for waste-segregation drives and rural-teaching programmes.
The faculty strength is 95 (average experience 10.5 years) selected through a five-level hiring process and mentored by CBSE Master Teachers. Transportation covers 21 GPS-enabled buses with CCTV, lady attendants and RFID swipe cards for live tracking via a parent app. Fees for 2024-25 range from ₹1.35 lakh (Nursery) to ₹1.98 lakh (Grade XII) annually, payable in three instalments; sibling concessions and Need-Cum-Merit Scholarships for up to 50 % tuition waiver are available.
