Park Hospital, Faridabad, is one of India’s largest super-specialty tertiary-care institutions situated within the National Capital Region (NCR). Spanning 3.5 acres on the main sector 48-B Aravalli road, the 450-bed facility is recognized by the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) and integrates clinical excellence, academics and community service under a single roof. Since its launch in 2003 the hospital has served more than two million lives from Faridabad township, surrounding Haryana districts and adjoining states.
Clinical infrastructure is built around seven “Institutes of Excellence”: Cardiac Sciences, Neurosciences, Orthopedics & Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology & Hepatology, Minimal-access Surgery, Medical & Haemato-Oncology and Nephrology and Renal Transplant. A 24-bed coronary ICU, 36-bed medical ICU, 20-bed NICU and 16 HDU beds support complex interventions such as multi-organ transplants (kidney & liver), bone-marrow transplants and comprehensive tumour board-driven cancer care. Advanced surgical suites, including a dedicated da Vinci Xi robotic theatre and high-precision linear accelerator for IGRT/ IMRT, complement cutting-edge diagnostics: 3T MRI, 128-slice CT, PET-CT, 4D ultrasound and cardiac catheterisation labouratories.
Patients arriving in emergency are managed through a JCI-designed Level-1 Trauma Centre with on-site blood bank and helicopter landing pad. Within 60 metres, state oxygen generation plant, containerised modular OTs, digital air handling units and 100 % backup power isolate the campus from municipal discontinuities. A 20-bed isolation wing was re-engineered in 2020 to serve as an exclusive COVID block, reinforcing intrinsic infectious-disease protocols and IEC standards for biosafety.
Teaching and research are integral to the Park ecosystem. The hospital runs DNB programmes in cardiology, anaesthesia, critical care and orthopaedics, accredited by National Board of Examinations. Dedicated classrooms, skill laboratories attached to the nursing college and a 300-seat seminar hall foster regular CMEs attracting international speakers. A robust IRB-registered ethics committee oversees on-site clinical trials in oncology, cardiology and diabetes.
Service delivery is supported by a multilingual, digitally-enabled care team of over 350 in-house consultants, 900 paramedics and 220 student nurses. Caregivers use hospital-wide ERP and a paperless e-prescription M-Health app that allows out-patients to book diagnostic slots and access real-time reports. For cross-border or long-distance cases, a full-time international patient desk provides visa facilitation, interpreter services, dietary tailorings and post-discharge tele-consultations.
Community outreach extends through weekly free OPD camps across Ballabgarh, Palwal and Badarpur clusters, mammography and BMD drives at corporate offices, and school-based adolescent wellness education. Park also partners with NGOs to treat plastic and orthopaedic deformities among children from economically weaker sections under CSR-funded “Smile Again Faridabad” program.
Amenities on campus include a 24×7 cafeteria with dietitian oversight, guest rooms, prayer spaces for all religions, on-site ATM and concierge services for international guests. The hospital is easily reached via Delhi Metro Nehru Place-Greater Faridabad corridor (future stations 500 m walk), NH 44 and an inter-state bus depot located within 2 km.
