Pacific World School is a K-XII, co-educational day school located on a lush 10-acre campus in Greater Noida West. Established in 2018 under the aegis of the Pacific Group, the institution was conceived to blend rigorous academics with forward-looking global skills, producing “thought leaders who are rooted in values and ready for the world.”
Academic Structure
The school follows a progressive continuum: Early Years (Pre-Nursery–KG) with the play-based Integrated Thematic Curriculum; Primary (I–V) using an NCERT-plus thematic and storytelling approach; Middle (VI–VIII) introducing the Cambridge Global Perspectives course alongside CBSE; Senior (IX–XII) offering the CBSE programme with electives in Artificial Intelligence, Design Thinking, Financial Literacy and Global Studies. Every class maintains a maximum of 30 students and operates on a 1:12 teacher-student ratio, supported by mentor groups of six pupils each.
Signature Programmes
• Global Citizenship Diploma (grades IX–XII) – a capstone certificate built around UN SDGs, requiring 100 hours of community service, an individual research project and intercultural engagement through videoconferences with partner schools in Finland, Canada and Singapore.
• Innovation & Entrepreneurship Hub – a 300 m² Maker-space with robotics labs, 3-D printers, CNC routers and satellite linkage with ISRO’s Space Tutor programme.
• PAC TECH Academy – daily coding and AI modules from Class III upward, culminating in MIT App Inventor certification for middle school and IBM AI Practitioner credentials in senior years.
Facilities
Campus architecture is LEED Gold-rated. Highlights include a 25 m heated swimming pool, FIFA-standard football ground, 400-seat black-box theatre, seven science laboratories under the Cambridge Primary Science protocol, a double-height library (20,000 volumes plus 50 Kindles), ATL tinkering lab, and a wellness centre staffed by a full-time child psychologist and nutritionist.
Pastoral Care
Each learner is paired with a Guardian Tutor who monitors academic, social and emotional growth through a digital “Well-being Passport.” Peer-support circles, anti-bullying squads and monthly parent-educator workshops reinforce the school’s value matrix of Respect, Resilience, Responsibility and Reflection.
Faculty
Seventy per cent of the teaching body holds postgraduate degrees; 25 % have international exposure through exchange programmes with University of Helsinki and University of Melbourne. Continuous professional development is anchored in weekly Friday Professional Learning Communities and annual summer institutes at Harvard Project Zero.
Student Achievements
In 2023, the school produced two NTSE scholars, three national-level roller-hockey champions and a top-10 NASA Space Settlement Design Contest team. More than 85 % of Class XII graduates secure placement in India’s top 50 universities or pursue liberal-arts pathways in the US, UK and Singapore aided by an in-house college-counselling cell.
