Noida International Public School (NIPS) is a CBSE-affiliated day school spread across a six-acre, wi-fi-enabled campus in Sector-135, Expressway Zone, Noida. Established under the aegis of the Noida International Society for Education & Research, it aims to blend academic rigor with 21st-century life skills. From the Nursery crayon corner to the Grade XII science laboratories, every learning space is designed to be child-centric and globally minded.

Students follow the National Curriculum Framework laid down by CBSE, but lessons are upgraded through project-based learning, weekly STEM modules and the Singapore-based MyPals inquiry series. In the preparatory wing, thematic rooms such as “Little Explorers’ Lab” and “Story-Cove” introduce literacy, numeracy and environmental awareness through puppet theatre, Lego walls and edible gardens. Middle schoolers pursue a “Tinker-Thrive” track: 3-D printing and basic robotics in Grade VI progressing to Arduino drone projects by Grade VIII. Secondary learners choose between Science, Commerce and Humanities streams; alongside conventional syllabi they engage in interdisciplinary capstone projects mentored by industry partners such as Adobe, TCS-Ion and IIT-Delhi’s FITT Cell.

At senior-secondary level more than twenty-five electives are offered—including Biotechnology, Design Thinking, Artificial Intelligence, Legal Studies and Financial Literacy—allowing learners to craft personal learning pathways. Integrated coaching for JEE-Main, NEET and CUET is available on campus after school hours without additional travel burden for students.

Academic infrastructure includes sixty smart classrooms with short-throw laser projectors, a junior math-lab that converts into a Montessori sensorial studio, two senior science labs built to IIT-preparation safety norms, and an Idea Garage (150-seat innovation/AV studio) where students pitch teen-lead start-ups to members of TiE-Noida Angels every semester. Robotics, drone-making and AI start-up incubation happen in the Atal Tinkering Lab co-funded by NITI Aayog. The library hosts 18,000 print titles, 500 kindle units, and a one-touch research kiosk connected to JSTOR, Springer and National Digital Library India.

Sport occupies 45 % of the timetable from Grade III onward. Facilities include an Olympic-size 8-lane swimming pool with anti-wave bulkheads, a half-Olympic indoor shooting range coached by Commonwealth-medallist Tejaswini Sawant, two synthetic turfs for football and hockey, rooftop tennis and basketball courts, and a 300-metre all-weather athletic track that doubles as cycling velodrome after hours. CA-certified fitness coaches conduct weekly fitness assessments, GPS-mapped endurance runs and yoga for competitive teams.

Recognizing that emotional literacy is as important as numeracy, NIPS maintains a full-time wellbeing team: three school psychologists and a pastoral-care coordinator who run daily “circle time,” resilience workshops and university-liaison counselling. All students in Grades IX-XII receive individual career-mapping sessions that translate hobbies into graduate-school road-maps—securing 150+ offers annually from India and abroad.

Creativity completes the circle. The Fine-Arts block boasts nine specialised studios: ceramics with a gas-kiln, digital illustration iMac lab, textile printmaking and an 80-seat black-box theatre for interdisciplinary productions. Annual events such as SPARK (innovation fest), IMPULSE (MUN), and VIBRANTICA (performing arts confluence) attract 30,000 footfalls across NCR schools. Local community service is mandatory—each student must log at least 40 impact-hours per academic session through projects ranging from e-waste drives to STEM masterclasses for neighbouring government school children.

Annual tuition for Nursery through Grade XII ranges from INR 1.5 lakh to 3.8 lakh. Merit-cum-means scholarships and corporate CSR sponsorships support upwards of 18 % of the 3,200-strong student body. Transparent governance meets every parent at quarterly Sarv-Shiksha Sabha town-halls where data dashboards display attendance, wellness indices and carbon footprint metrics, reinforcing NIPS as a place not merely for schooling but for shaping conscientious global citizens.
