MOUJ: Pre-School & Day Care Creche, Play School is a purpose-built early-years campus located in Sector-30, Greater Noida, easily accessible from both the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and the upcoming metro corridor. The school welcomes children from six months to six years of age and blends the globally respected Montessori philosophy with the Indian ECE framework to nurture confident, curious and compassionate learners.
The two–storey, air-purified building is designed like a mini city for little citizens. Six large, sunlit Montessori classrooms open onto discovery gardens that house sand-pits, water channels, herb beds and mud kitchens. Every room is divided into “quiet”, “exploratory” and “gross-motor” zones that encourage children to move freely between Montessori materials, sensorial apparatus and role-play corners. A dedicated S.T.E.A.M. studio features age-appropriate robotics kits and light-table loose parts, while an indoor soft-play gym and a 1:6 child–staff rock-climbing wall help build core-strength and risk-assessment skills.
Academically, MOUJ follows the Montessori three-hour work cycle in the mornings and adds theme-based inquiry projects in the afternoons. The day is book-ended by phonics and bilingual story labs in English and Hindi; progress is tracked through digital portfolios that parents can view each week. A research-driven interventions team provides early screening for speech, OT and behavioural needs, ensuring inclusive support without labels.
The all-day day-care and crèche runs from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Babies in the infant suite (6–18 months) sleep in individual oak cots and enjoy reflexology and baby yoga with qualified caregivers. Toddlers move to mixed-age crèche pods where the daily rhythm mirrors Montessori principles—free choice, rest, organic meals and outdoor time. All meals are prepared in an in-house kitchen that is FSSAI-certified and lactose-free friendly.
Safety is paramount: biometric entry, 128 CCTV cameras, first-aid certified staff and paediatric nurses on campus. Transport buses are GPS-tracked and have lady attendants certified by Delhi Police.
Extracurriculars include weekly German language pods, classical-dance “sangeet” circles and kitchen-garden projects linked to a parent-supported farmers’ market. Summer and winter camps extend learning into robotics for kindergarteners and storytelling for toddlers.
Led by Ms Kiran Malhotra (B.Com, AMI Montessori Dip), a veteran early-childhood educator with 22 years’ experience, the 35-member team undergoes 60 hours of annual in-house training from IIT Delhi’s Cognitive Science Lab and the University of Helsinki. MOUJ is empanelled by the Government of Uttar Pradesh for Pre-S1 and has received the EducationWorld “Best Day-Care Chain – North India 2023” award.
