Little Nurture School – Greater Noida is a vibrant, child-centred preschool and day-care founded in 2016 on the belief that “every child is a seed of limitless possibility.” Tucked away in a quiet, tree-lined pocket of Knowledge Park 5, the single-storey campus was purpose-built from the ground up to be small, intimate and secure: no child ever feels lost in a crowd and every adult knows every name.

Entry is through a biometric turnstile; parents receive live CCTV snapshots through a dedicated app. Indoors, there are eight colourful zones—Soft Gym, Little Chef Kitchen, Montessori Lab, Concept Studio, Puppet Pit, Reading Den, Light & Shadow Room and Calm Corner—each equipped with age-appropriate manipulatives and non-toxic furniture. All corners have 3 ft high see-through partitions so teachers can monitor every child without hovering. Outside, a 3,200-sq-ft rubber-matted play pad has sand and water play units, a traffic park, and a kitchen garden where children grow cherry tomatoes, mint and coriander used later in Thursday cooking sessions.

The school adopts a blended EYFS-Montessori curriculum paced for ages 18 months to 5.5 years across Playgroup, Nursery, K1 and K2. Mornings begin with 20 minutes of circle-time yoga and mindfulness; core concepts of literacy and numeracy are introduced through weekly thematic questions (“How does a snail move?” or “Why does ice melt?”). STEAM blocks in the Concept Studio see children build ramps to test friction, programme Bee-Bot or create stop-motion fairy tales on tablets. Hindi and phonics stories alternate daily, while Fridays celebrate Indian folk arts—Bihu dance or Warli painting—taught by visiting artists-in-residence. Assessments are purely observational; portfolios of photos, voice notes and teacher anecdotals are shared digitally every month.

The adult-student ratio caps at 1:6 and staff is female-only and early-childhood certified. Each lead teacher holds a B.Ed plus a CACHE Level 3 diploma; assistants are trained in pediatric first aid. An in-house child psychologist runs social-skills groups and offers parental guidance every Wednesday in the Calm Corner.

Day-care runs until 7 p.m. in the same rooms; children have a dedicated nap room with sound-absorbing panels and relaxing lavender diffusers. The kitchen serves breakfast, lunch and snacks prepared under the guidance of a pediatric nutritionist—organic whenever possible and lower in sugar and salt than WHO child norms.

Beyond academics, the school partners with Sanjay Gandhi Animal Care Centre for termly adoption drives and organizes community walks to collect plastic, instilling early ecological consciousness. Annual events—a Lemonade Bazaar planned by K2 students and a Grandparents’ Story Café—anchor its ethos of care and community.
