Pedagogy
The program is built on Kidzee’s proprietary Interactive iLLUME methodology, which blends Howard Gardner’s multiple-intelligence theory with Maria Montessori’s hands-on approach and Lev Vygotsky’s zone-of-proximal-development ideas. Every activity is mapped to specific milestones across seven developmental pillars—language & phonics, numeracy, motor skills, socio-emotional growth, creativity, environmental awareness and personal safety—allowing teachers to create an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) for each child. Daily sessions alternate between free exploration in learning corners (literacy lab, sensory studio, math gym, art atelier, science nook), structured circle time and storytelling, and indoor-outdoor gross-motor play in age-segmented zones.

Campus & Safety
A typical Kidzee preschool covers 3,000–5,000 sq. ft. of child-proofed space painted with citrus-based, non-toxic colours. 24×7 CCTV covers every classroom, passage and outdoor play yard, while biometric swipe restricts entry to registered guardians. Floors are anti-skid and furniture is rounded at the edges. Medical readiness includes a tie-up with a nearby paediatrician, fully stocked first-aid kits and an emergency drill every quarter. No outside food is allowed; meals are cooked in-house under FSSAI guidelines that eliminate refined sugar and minimize salt and spice.

Staff & Ratios
Each branch is led by a full-time Centre Director with an MA or B.Ed. in Early Childhood and at least five years of experience. Teachers hold ECD diplomas and receive 60 hours of refresher training yearly at Zee Learn’s Academy. The child-to-adult ratio is 1:8 for playgroup, 1:10 for nursery, 1:12 for junior kg and senior kg, and 1:4 for infants in the attached daycare.

The daycare segment accepts babies from 6 months onward and offers flexible slots—half-day (9 a.m.–1 p.m.), full-day (9 a.m.–7 p.m.) and after-school (1 p.m.–7 p.m.). Transport on female-accompanied buses is available within a 7-km radius.
