GD Goenka International School, Greater Noida (West), is a co-educational day-cum-boarding institution that opened its gates in 2021 to extend the legacy of the GD Goenka Group into Uttar Pradesh’s most dynamic suburb. The Senior Secondary campus spreads across a purpose-built, 8-acre, Wi-Fi-enabled site on GNW Main Road in Sector – 4A, Greater Noida (West) – often called “Modern Noida”. A sprawling, tree-lined avenue welcomes families onto a 200-metre campus frontage where security towers and turnstiles give way to a sunlit atrium and an open-air amphitheatre, setting the tone for the school’s commitment to secure yet joyous learning.

Academically, the school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (Affiliation No. 2132721) and offers classes from Nursery to Grade XII in Science, Commerce and Humanities streams. From Grade VI onwards, students choose between an English-medium mainstream track and the specially curated GDGIS INSPIRE Program, an integrated option that blends CBSE syllabi with preparation for IIT-JEE, NEET, CLAT, and SAT (subject to parental choice). Two fully-digital libraries host 18,000 books, 10,000 e-journals, VR-equipped reading corners, and Scholastic Reading Corner for Grades I-IV. Every classroom is a touchscreen smart studio; our Grade IX-XII STEM wing contains Robotics & AI Labs on one side of a glass corridor and an Atal Tinkering ‘SHAPE’ Lab on the other, all powered by 1Gbps optical fibre under an in-house ISP licence.

Sports facilities rival those of residential clubs: one rooftop, floodlit, FIFA-standard 11-a-side football pitch with European turf; a half-Olympic, temperature-regulated indoor pool with 8-lane swim coaching through the Michael Phelps Swimming “School of Champions”; two juxtaposed indoor halls for basketball and badminton with BWF-certified wooden flooring; judo & skating rinks; and a 1.2 km synthetic athletics track interlaced with sensor-based performance analytics. A 20-acre multi-sports complex “Goenka Turf”, three kilometres from the campus, offers exclusive access to its cricket oval, archery range and equestrian academy.

Day-boarding scholars begin at 7:45 a.m. and stay until 7:00 p.m.; full boarders occupy gender-segregated wings for Grades V-XII equipped with 6-bed suites, biometric attendance, nutritious chef-led meals, evening prep under subject mentors and weekend competitive exposure tours. Pastoral care is led by an in-house counselling team approved under CBSE “SEWA”; a medical infirmary staffed round-the-clock by a resident paediatrician; and an 800-seat multi-purpose auditorium hosting MUNs, TEDxYouth@GDG and inter-school film festivals produced exclusively by senior media-studies scholars.

Holistic growth is ensured through over 30 SIGs (Special Interest Groups): K-pop dance troupe, drone racing, Bharatnatyam CCA, social entrepreneurship lab supported by University College London, and a one-of-its-kind on-campus organic terrace farm where IG-III students sow, harvest and sell produce to fund NGO schooling. Annual events such as TRIQUENCE (tri-field fest of Sciences, Performing Arts and ICT) and the U-19 UNEP CLIMATE CUP have already won more than 120 inter-school trophies in three years.

Admissions are on a first-come, merit-cum-profile basis for Day (₹ 2.7 – 3.6 lakh p.a.) and Boarding (₹ 5.2 – 6.1 lakh p.a.).
