Àrya Vartt Public School, Palla, stands on a quiet 2.8-acre campus fifteen kilometres east of central Noida, where agricultural fields give way to a low-rise residential belt. Established in 2007 by the Àrya Vartt Educational Society (registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860), the school was envisioned by its founder-manager, the late Shri Surendra Pal Singh, as an institution that would combine strong academics with grounded Indian values. From an initial enrolment of 96 students in six modest classrooms, it has grown to approximately 1,075 learners (LKG–XII) drawn mainly from Palla, Dankaur, Yakubpur and the surrounding 22 villages.
Affiliated to the CBSE (Delhi) with affiliation number 2131425, the school follows the NCERT curriculum, supplemented by NEP-aligned pedagogical practices: experiential learning, Design Thinking modules in the Atal Tinkering Lab, and fortnightly ‘Un-box Days’ when regular timetables are suspended in favour of project work, field visits or community service. Classes are capped at 30 students; academic sections in grades IX–XII have Science (PCM/PCB), Commerce and Humanities streams. Morning assembly is conducted in Hindi, Sanskrit shlokas andEnglish, while the school song—penned by the Hindi department—celebrates the “arya-path” of courage and compassion. Co-curricular breadth is maintained through 18 club options, ranging from Robotics to Kuchipudi Dance, under the guidance of 75 full-time teachers (47% female, 12 doctorate holders, average span 8.3 years).
Infrastructure is functional yet forward-looking. The two Academic Blocks (G+3) have 48 smart classrooms fitted with interactive panels, laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and Agriculture, plus two IT labs (72 terminals, N-computing thin-client set-up). The recently refurbished LibraryMedia Centre stocks 8,900 volumes, Kindle stations and an auditorium-style reading room.Video-conferencing facilities in the Senior Wing connect students with IIT-Delhi mentors for doubt-clearing sessions twice a month. Sports amenities includes a 400-metre earth track (to be converted to synthetic in 2025), basketball (two flood-lit courts), volleyball and a multipurpose hall with table tennis, yoga and a modest 400-sq ft gym. The school’s flagship CSR activity, ‘Green Palla’, has planted over 4,500 saplings with student and panchayat participation, winning the District Environment Award 2023.
Pastoral care is layered: a dedicated Counselling Cell (two psychologists), peer-mentor programme ‘Rakshak’ and fortnightly life-skills classes address adolescent challenges. Transport is managed by a fleet of 12 GPS-enabled buses with CCTV and female attendants; 42% of children avail this service, paying between ₹750–1,350 per month depending on distance. Parent connect is strong: General PTA meets twice each semester, and the ‘Academic Parents Partnership’ app shares real-time attendance, homework and fee alerts. Annual school fee ranges from ₹46,800 (KG) to ₹61,500 (XII) inclusive of books, uniforms and lab charges; need-based scholarships (30% fee remission) are offered to socio-economically weaker students through the Vidya Daan Fund. Board results remain consistent—2024 aggregate pass 96.7%, highest 97.8% in Science—and 32 graduates in the last three years have secured admission to NITs and central universities.
