KCC Institute of Technology & Management, Greater Noida (Uttar Pradesh) is a self-financed college established in 2009 under the aegis of the KCC Educational Society. The campus sits on an 18-acre land parcel alongside the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and is academically affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow (AKTU) and approved by AICTE, New Delhi. This dual recognition ensures that all programmes run in conformity with the national technical-education framework.
The institute offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes across technology and management streams. At the UG level, students can enrol in B.Tech courses in Computer Science, AI & ML, Data Science, AIML & Robotics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Engineering; lateral-entry options are available for diploma holders. Post-graduate degrees include Master of Computer Applications (MCA), M.Tech in ECE & CSE and Master of Business Administration (MBA). Course duration is four years (B.Tech) / two years (MCA, MBA, M.Tech). Admission criteria follow AKTU norms: B.Tech through JEE Main/UPSEE counselling, MCA via NIMCET/UPSEE, and MBA via CAT or UPSEE. The annual fee ranges from approximately ₹1.4 lakh to ₹1.7 lakh, depending on branch.
Infrastructure is a USP of KCC. The smart-enabled main building hosts 116 air-conditioned classrooms, 55 state-of-the-art laboratories, 70+ tech-enabled syndicate rooms, and separate hostels for 900 boys and 400 girls. Centralised Wi-Fi, an IBM Cloud Computing Lab, Incubation & Start-Up Centre, Robotics & 3-D printing studios, Bloomberg terminal-enabled Finance Lab, and Language Lab distinguish the academic environment. Library spread over three floors offers 40,000+ books, 5000 e-journals and Plagiarism Detection System. Sports facilities include a FIFA-standard football turf, 10-lane shooting range, half-Olympic swimming pool, and indoor complexes for badminton, table-tennis, basketball and gymnasium.
The Training & Placement Cell maintains tie-ups with 450+ companies such as TCS, Microsoft, Accenture, Goldman Sachs, Paytm, Amazon and Jaro Education. The “KCC EDGE” programme provides one-on-one mentorship, aptitude/technical modules and industry certification (Google, Oracle, Salesforce, AWS). As a result, the institute achieved 81 % placements in 2023 with median CTC of ₹5.6 lakh and highest package of ₹21 lakh.
KCC is recognised as a “Platinum Category” Green Campus by the Indian Green Building Council and has received the Times of India “Emerging Engineering College Award 2022” and NIRF innovation ranking. Research support comes through DU-CSR funding, MedTech Hackathons, and Centre for Entrepreneurship. Cultural life is buoyed by annual festivals “KIB” (cultural) and “Incite” (technical); clubs like TEDxKCCITM, NSS, Rotaract, Eco-Crusaders and 20+ chapters of professional bodies foster holistic personality development and social commitment.
