Peas in Pod Preschool & Daycare, Sector 1, Greater Noida West, is a purpose-built early–years centre that was founded in 2017 with the conviction that “every child is a seed of limitless possibilities.” Operating from a standalone, pastel-themed structure tucked inside the premium One Hamilton Court gated complex, the 6,250-sq-ft campus is deliberately compartmentalised so that infants, toddlers and after-schoolers have separate but interconnected zones.
The learning programme follows an adapted “Brain Bloom” curriculum (a research-driven blend of Montessori, Reggio-Emilia and Multiple-Intelligences threads) delivered in English as the primary language, with daily Hindi rhymes and conversational Spanish introduced from Nursery onwards. Teacher ratios are kept at 1:8 for Playgroup, 1:10 for Pre-Nursery and 1:12 for Kindergarten; every section in addition has a full-time didi. Infant daycare maintains an even safer 1:4 caregiver ratio that meets NAEYC norms.
Indoor infrastructure comprises theme corners (Loft Library, Sensory Lab, Montessori Kitchen), an AV-enabled stage hall pattern blue acoustic panels, and temperature-controlled nap rooms that have been individually fitted with low-lux amber lights to promote circadian sleep regulation. Outdoor learning happens in a 3,200-sq-ft shaded courtyard with a splash-pad, vegetable patch and traffic park where children ride on balance bikes wearing reflective vests. Finger-print access sensors and 24×7 CCTV that parents can view on the Toddly mobile app ensure security.
Daycare runs from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on all working days, with nutritious meals prepared in-house under the weekly guidance of a paediatric nutritionist. Typical menus feature ragi dosa wedges, beetroot idlis and chicken-broccoli mash, all cooked with cold-pressed oils and posted online every morning. For older learners, the centre offers phonics reinforcement, abacus, robotic-coding mini-labs and storytelling theatre conducted in partnership with the Delhi-based Kathakar Trust.
Staff rigour includes first-aid certification in association with Fortis Hospital and quarterly fire drills executed by the Uttar Pradesh Fire Service. Service extensions include door-step pick-up in GPS-tracked vans staffed by a female nanny and an ISOFIX-compliant Booster Plus car seat for every child below 35 kg. Quarterly parent coffee-consultations combine digital growth portfolios and OT student displays, while Saturday TEACH-Meet webinars keep the adult community connected between coffee-elections.
Admission is open year-round on a rolling basis; annual tuition for the morning preschool block ranges from ₹1,30,000 (Playgroup) to ₹1,55,000 (KG) payable in three instalments, and daycare is billed monthly at ₹7,500 for a slot from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. inclusive of meals.
