Plot No. 141, Sector 115, Sorkha, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201305, India

Sukh Seva Multispeciality Hospital is a 150-bed, NABH-accredited tertiary-care centre located on a serene, three-acre campus in the heart of Indore’s Vijay Nagar. Established in 2009 by Dr Mahendra Jain and a group of philanthropist-industrialists, the hospital was conceived with the mission “Sarve Santu Niramaya” – “May all be free from suffering.” Today it offers comprehensive care across more than 35 specialties and super-specialties, integrating advanced technology with compassionate, patient-first service.

The 3-storey clinical block houses six ultramodern operation theatres fitted with laminar airflow, HEPA filtration, 4K laparoscopic towers, and robotic-arm assistance for joint replacements. A Level-III NICU and PICU (35 and 10 beds respectively) provide 24/7 coverage by neonatologists trained in Europe, while a 20-bed adult ICU and 10-bed ICCU are staffed round the clock by critical-care specialists credentialed in ACLS, FCCS, and EMBA. The Cath-Lab suite performs complex coronary interventions, electrophysiology studies, and peripheral vascular procedures using a bi-plane digital subtraction angiography system; adjoining hybrid facilities allow seamless transition from endovascular to open surgery when required.

Outpatient services are organized into Centres of Excellence: Cardiac Sciences, Neurosciences, Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, Maternal-Foetal Medicine, Oncology, and Gastro-Hepato-Biliary Sciences. Each centre runs disease-specific clinics such as Movement Disorders, Childhood Epilepsy, Heart Failure, Osteoporosis, and High-Risk Pregnancy. A dedicated Transplant Programme performs living-donor liver and kidney transplants under a single-roof immunology lab and HLA-typing facility; survival rates track national benchmarks. Advanced imaging includes 3-Tesla MRI with MR spectroscopy, 256-slice CT with cardiac gating, PET-CT for oncologic staging, and 3D/4D foetal ultrasound with spatio-temporal image correlation (STIC).

Nursing is the hospital’s acknowledged strength: a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio in ICUs and accredited training school ensure evidence-based, empathetic care. A pain-management team delivers multimodal analgesia, and the integrative medicine wing offers certified yoga, meditation, diet counselling, and palliative care. Infection-control measures exceed WHO norms— quarterly audits, copper-alloy high-touch surfaces, and UV-C germicidal robots. Patient convenience is addressed through 24-hour pharmacy, in-house blood bank, robotic pneumatic chute for sample transport, and a 180-vehicle underground parking bay.

Recognised by IRDA as an “Insurance-Friendly” hospital, Sukh Seva empanels over 60 TPAs and state/central government schemes. Tele-ICU command centre links rural spokes in M.P. and Rajasthan; this e-health network has facilitated more than 12,000 emergency stabilisations. Ongoing CSR initiatives—free cleft-lip camps on alternate Saturdays and a mobile cancer-check van—underscore the founding ethos.
