Greater Noida Hospital is a 350-bed, multi-specialty tertiary care facility strategically located in the heart of Knowledge Park III, Greater Noida. Established in 2008 by the Greater Noida Welfare Trust and subsequently operated in partnership with Kailash Healthcare Ltd., the hospital was envisioned to serve the rapidly urbanizing populations of Greater Noida, YEIDA, and adjoining districts while also acting as a referral hub for western Uttar Pradesh. From its inception, it has balanced its role as a community safety-net hospital with that of an academic medical center.

The campus spans 11 acres and includes the main 10-storey medical tower, a three-storey diagnostics and dialysis block, and a distinct oncology pavilion completed in 2018. Inpatient services are organized around 11 core centres of excellence: Cardiac Sciences (including a 24/7 cath lab and hybrid OR), Neurosciences (comprehensive stroke unit, 4K neuroendoscopy suite), Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, Maternal & Child Health (Level III NICU, 12 labour suites), Minimal-access & Bariatric Surgery, Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Renal Sciences, Oncology, Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine, Internal & Emergency Medicine, and Plastic & Microvascular Surgery. Day-care chemotherapy chairs and an intra-operative MRI suite were added in 2022 to support precision surgery.

Outpatient volumes average 1,100 patients daily across 60 consultation rooms and nine satellite clinics located in housing societies around Greater Noida. A 22-bed Emergency & Trauma Centre, accredited by the National Board for Accreditation of Hospitals (NBAH), handles 55,000 emergency visits yearly with protocol-driven triage, dedicated FAST ultrasound, point-of-care thromboelastography, and liaisons with rooftop helipad transfers. The hospital is empaneled for CGHS, ECHS, Ayushman Bharat, and most leading TPAs.

Diagnostic support includes NABL-accredited labs performing 1,600 tests per shift, a high-throughput molecular biology unit, 1.5T MRI, dual-source 128-slice CT, digital mammography, and a PACS-enabled radiology network. Pharmacy services run 24/7 with an in-house RTC (retail-to-counter) coding system that guarantees drug traceability and reduced waiting time. A 180-seat auditorium, simulation lab, and hostel facilities underpin its teaching mission: the hospital is affiliated with the Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Greater Noida, and offers DNB courses in six specialties.

Patient-centric initiatives include free bus services from eight nearby villages, a 270 kW rooftop solar plant that supplies 38 % of daytime power, an e-waste and biomedical waste segregation program awarded under the Swachh Hospital category 2021, and open-access Wi-Fi on all floors. Visitor amenities comprise a meditation garden, subsidised food courts, and a book-&-gift kiosk run by the hospital’s volunteer league. More than 60 resident welfare societies recognise the hospital via quarterly health check-up days.

Accredited thrice by NABH (full re-accreditation valid until 2026) and certified ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management, Greater Noida Hospital reports an average patient-satisfaction score of 89 %. Its charitable arm, the “Health Sakhi” fund, has provided 9,400 free surgeries to economically weaker sections since 2014, reaffirming its commitment to equitable healthcare in the National Capital Region.
