ACES of Saudi Arabia has started building cutting-edge mobile network infrastructure at Noida International Airport. When the airport opens, passengers and staff will enjoy high-speed 4G and 5G coverage throughout the premises.

Because nearby villages were relocated for the airport project, their mobile towers were dismantled and the area now suffers from poor signal. ACES India, in line with Department of Telecommunications guidelines, is installing new towers at safe, approved spots well away from the runway so standards are met.

A 10-year agreement between ACES India and Yamuna International Airport Private Limited was signed on 31 January 2024. The company, a fully owned Saudi subsidiary, is recognized across the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Europe for providing neutral-host digital infrastructure.

Christoph Schnellmann, CEO of Yamuna International Airport, said the partnership will ensure world-class connectivity for travellers from day one. Work has already begun on erecting the towers while maintaining strict security protocols.

Local villagers also hope the new infrastructure will bring improved mobile networks to their communities, where lack of towers has led to weak or no signal for months.
