DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL-SECTOR 30, Sector 30, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India

Delhi Public School, Sector 30, Noida, stands on a 15-acre green campus barely three kilometres from the Delhi-U.P. border. Established in 2004 by the DPS Society under the aegis of the Delhi Public School Managing Committee, it is a co-educational, English-medium CBSE school (affiliation #2132030) moulding more than 3,800 learners from Nursery to Class XII. The architecture is striking: an arc-shaped academic block wrapped around a central amphitheatre, two five-storey secondary wings and a separate pastel-coloured Kindergarten courtyard linked by shaded walkways and lawns where peacocks occasionally wander in from the neighbouring reserve.

Academic choices are wide. Senior Secondary students select from four CBSE streams—Science (with or without Computer Science/Bio-Tech), Commerce (with Legal Studies/Economics), Humanities (with Psychology or Fashion Studies) and a new Applied Mathematics track. A fully-networked ICT lab with 120 desktops complements ten subject-specific labs: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Junior Science, two Atal-Tinkering-Labs, Language, Maths and a state-of-the-art Robotics & AI hub where students design bots for FIRST Tech Challenge. Average class size is 31; the teacher–student ratio is 1:15. Bridge programmes for EWS children and extra classes for JEE & NEET are run after school in collaboration with experienced visiting faculty.

Performing & visual arts are integral. The 600-seat Atulya Behere Auditorium hosts four grade-level productions every year. Students train with an in-house faculty that includes National-School-of-Drama alumni and a Hindustani classical vocalist who prepares children for Prayag Sangeet Samiti exams. Three dance studios (Kathak, Bharatnatyam and Contemporary), a recording studio with iMac workstations and a clay-modelling yard with three functioning kilns ensure daily creative engagement.

Sport is king here. There are cricket & football grounds approved by BCCI grounds-men, two FIBA-standard synthetic basketball courts, a 10-metre shooting range and a 25-metre, six-lane rooftop swimming pool. Students have represented U.P. in Sub-Junior Nationals in boxing, shooting and table-tennis. A daily games period is compulsory till Class X; the school fields 42 competitive teams. The recently added Mind & Body Lab combines yoga, aero-dance and mindfulness for reducing exam stress.

Life-skills & outreach drive the pastoral ethos. The school’s Sparsh Society works with Khushiyon ki Pathshaala, a school for girls in Dadri, and hosts weekly resource sharing. Our Suprabhat Breakfast Club ensures that 380 children from economically weak sections begin every day with fruit, milk and fortified cereals. Student-led initiatives—Project Aarohan (STEM kits for rural schools), Sahyog Plastic Collection Drive and Amulya—the gender-equality club—have won CBSE National Awards.

Internal assessments balance 60 % written tests with 40 % continuous evaluation via quizzes, portfolios and peer teaching. The average Class XII CBSE aggregate is 92.8 %. Last year 146 students qualified JEE-Mains, 21 cleared CUET-UG with 100 percentile in one or more subjects and two secured Ivy-League admits. Thus DPS, Sector 30 stands tested by both board examiners and global universities and remains committed to producing thinkers “rooted to culture and ready for the world”.
